We recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding dates like weekends, public holidays and auspicious dates on the Chinese calendar. However, do contact us as we may still have slots available for earlier dates. WhatsApp us at 9070 9012 to check availability!

A booking is confirmed upon signing of the service agreement and payment of the deposit. We will send you the agreement digitally for your convenience. Once confirmed, your date is reserved exclusively for you.

We will need your wedding date, banquet venue, approximate start and end time, and your contact details. The rest of your wedding programme fine details, our team will liaise with you closer to wedding date.

Yes, absolutely! We are happy to arrange a meetup at a venue and time convenient for you to discuss your wedding plans and answer any questions. You can also reach us via WhatsApp at 9070 9012 for a quick chat first.

Yes, we provide a formal service agreement that clearly outlines all services, coverage durations, deliverables and payment terms. We recommend all couples read through it carefully before signing. This protects both parties and ensures clarity on all expectations.

For our Gold, Silver and Crystal packages which include full day coverage, we have a one photographer and another videographer to ensure comprehensive coverage of both the morning and evening sessions.  There will also be an onsite photo booth assistant if your package includes a instant photo booth.

We specialise in a blend of candid and documentary style photography, capturing genuine emotions and spontaneous moments as they happen, complemented by beautiful portrait shots. Our goal is to tell the story of your wedding day naturally and authentically.

Yes, all photos are professionally colour graded before delivery. We do not deliver raw, unedited photos. Colour grading ensures consistent tones, proper exposure and a polished, professional look throughout your wedding album.

The number varies depending on the duration of coverage and the events of the day. For a full day wedding (up to 12 hours), couples typically receive between 500 to 1,000 edited photos. We do not limit the number of shots we take — we focus on capturing every important moment.

We encourage couples to share any must-have shots or special family groupings in advance. While we follow your list, we also work organically to capture candid moments. We recommend keeping the list focused on key shots rather than overly prescriptive poses.

We are experienced in shooting in all weather conditions in Singapore. Rain does not stop us — we adapt quickly and work with the available lighting and environment. Our team can recommend alternative venues for outdoor couple photo shoot if your time permits.

Yes, we offer a pre-wedding consultation to go through your wedding day programme, venue details, timing and any special requests. This helps us plan our coverage and ensures nothing is missed on your actual day.

The same day highlights video is a short, beautifully edited video (typically 3 to 5 minutes) showcasing the key moments of your wedding day, set to music. It is ready to be played during your wedding banquet and is a favourite among our couples and their guests.

The full video recording includes all footage taken throughout the day, without music editing. The duration varies depending on the length of your wedding coverage and wedding activities such as gate crushing, outdoor shoot, tea ceremony and solemnization.  This is separate from the same day highlights video.

Yes, you are welcome to suggest songs for your same day highlights video. However, the final selection is subject to copyright availability and what works best with the edited footage. Our videographer will advise you on suitable options.

Our photo booth allows guests to take fun group photos with props and a pre-selected backdrop. 

Photos are printed instantly on-site in 4R or filmstrip glossy format using our photo printers (approximately 8 seconds per print). The number of prints is selected as well, depending on how much is needed. Guests can take as many shots as they like within the duration of the package. 

There is also a photo booth assistant to help wedding guests on-site. 

Lighting equipment is set up so that photos will turn out nicely. 

Once photos are taken, guests may also scan a QR code to download images instantly to their mobile phones.

Yes! We have a list of wedding templates for you to choose from and from there we will customised it with couple’s name and wedding date. 

You may also create your own unique design via photoshop or canva and send it to us!

Our photo booth backdrop is 3 metres wide and 2.4 metres tall can accommodate groups of 6 to 10 guests per shot, making it perfect for family groups.

We understand that weddings don’t always run exactly on schedule. Our team are flexible and committed to staying until the coverage is complete. If the overtime significantly exceeds the agreed hours, the overtime costs are clearly stated in the contract so that you won’t be caught by surprise.

Yes, our team is experienced in multi-venue actual day coverage. We coordinate logistics between locations — typically covering the bride’s home, groom’s home, outdoor shoot venue, hotel for the solemnisation and finally the banquet venue.

We appreciate it very much! It is greatly appreciated to provide a simple meal for the photography and videography team during the banquet. This allows the team to recharge and continue providing their best work throughout the evening.

All colour graded photos are delivered within 2 weeks via cloud download link. The same day highlights video is delivered on your wedding day itself. The full video recording is typically delivered within 2 weeks after your wedding.

All deliverables are shared via cloud download link (Google Drive or similar). You can download and store them on your personal devices. We recommend backing up your photos immediately upon receipt.

The cloud download link is typically available for 30 days. We strongly encourage you to download and backup all files immediately upon receiving the link.

Yes! The photos are for your personal use — you are free to print them, share them on social media and with family and friends. We only ask that you credit iSnap Photography when sharing publicly.

A 25% deposit is required upon signing of the service agreement to secure your date.

All listed price are nett price as iSnap Photography is not a GST registered company.
